Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and name, provided directly or via Google sign-in. Authentication cookies keep you signed in; an anonymous cookie and your IP address are used to enforce daily quotas and rate limits.

Usage information: API request logs (requested URLs, endpoints, timestamps, response status) and aggregate analytics via Google Analytics 4.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, improve the product, send transactional email (verification, password reset), and process payments.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, storage), Turso (database), Google (sign-in, analytics), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Request and quota logs are kept for a limited period for operations and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. Downloaded files are stored temporarily and expire automatically.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@yoinku.com from your account email address.
